The Yellow Tigers, Inc. has established a resolution of its governing body, to adopt and publish a racially nondiscriminatory policy.

Although, Yellow Tigers, Inc. has always practiced non discrimination, as well as taught a racially diverse student population, we will officially include the following statement of our practice of non discrimination in all our future brochures, applications and on our website.  

"Yellow Tigers, Inc. is a charitable organization that does not discriminate against anyone; applicants, students or staff on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin.  All rights, privileges, programs, and activities are available to all students, this school does not discriminate on the basis of race in administering its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and/or other school-administered programs.
